Google Scholar
A new search engine, still in beta test phase, from Google
which has been designed solely for precise and rapid searching
of information contained in academic and scientific documents,
such as university theses, online library publications, databases,
articles, etc. The search engine uses Google's standard search
syntax as well as a new "author" search criteria parameter.

Firefox Web Browser
Firefox is a new free browser from the Mozilla Foundation.
It is easy to use, secure and stable, and has a few useful features
which are not available in other browsers. Tabbed browsing saves
you time by allowing you to view more than one web page in a single
window - you can open links in the background so that they're ready
for viewing when you're ready to read them. There is also advanced
management of favourites via the Bookmark Manager and a pop-up
window blocker incorporated. Why not give it a try!
