Postal charges and delivery time (CD-ROM)
Orders are sent by registered first class mail. For destinations within mainland France, the postal charges
for 1 item are generally 2.90 euros and if you order 2 items or more, postage is free. For destinations
outside mainland France, postal charges for 1 or 2 items are normally between 4 and 7 euros. For
more than 2 items, the postal charges are calculated according to the weight of the order and the geographical
zone of the destination address.
Once we have received your payment, your order with invoice is sent to you and should arrive within 3 days
if you are in France, 5 days for the rest of Europe, or 10 days elsewhere.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. If you are ordering from outside the European Union or if
you are an EU VAT registered business (based outside France), any VAT will be deducted automatically
from your order.
